believe it on it does. in a indirect way that some people know about. diet soda contains aspartame which is acidic and causes problems in our stomach and also it has a tendency to stick to our thighs and butt.. thats why some people who drink diet soda tend to have a hard time losing weight in their thighs and butt.. also asparatme causes and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, joint pain, depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss..... so i think its just better if diet coke just gets banned!!!

diet soda= zero calories
zero calories= nothing?
normal soda= around 150 calories for 1 8oz glass....do people drink just one glass??? No....
so you save calories by drinking diet soda and since it has no calories then its like drinking water...you wont gain weight

It is not good for you, the artificial sugar found in it is known to be very bad over time for someone's health. Krystal light is also known for not being good for people to drink to much of. Just drink water with lemon, its the healthiest way you can go.
