you should be taking it daily so it should stay in there for a long time. I know with in two days of missing my dose both days i got killer headache as my body was reacting to the withdrawl. and due to equal employment laws just because you are on an anti-depressent they can not use that as a reason not to hire you. Also it is a legal drug as most employers scan for illegal drugs
you have no problem

Lexapro will stay in your system for approximately 3 weeks. You will start to notice little changes when it leaves your system. ( usually not good side effects, my experience anyway) Before you take your urine test they usually ask what types of medication you are taking. Write it down. But Lexapro should not effect your tests. It is used to treat Anxiety/depression..

They do not search for Anti-Depressants usually. If you ahve prescription you are fine. You can have pretty much any drug(that you can get by prescription) in your blood as long as you have a legal prescription. They only exception is if your going for a job running machinary where a particular drug(even if legal) would affect your ability to control the equipment.

I cannot see it being an issue because it would be discrimination to penalize people that take anti-depressants. It is not a narcotic or "addictive" substance so you should be good to go. If you stop taking this type of medication (if you are using it to treat depression) you increase your chances of suicide significantly... so be careful!
