In Western Countries people like to hug, and in oriental countries people like to bow.If we combined hug & bow together, then when shall we hug and when shall we bow?

Not all Asian (not "oriental") cultures bow as a greeting. You would be committing an etiquette faux pas if you did. Many Asian countries shake hands in a professional environment. I'm pretty sure you would be safe doing that in both a professional or otherwise situation.

You would bow to people you are meeting for the first time and hug people who you already know.

I would say bow to people of authority,power and wealth. Hug your family and friends as always. Thank GOD we have a choice.

u can bow first and then huig them. basically u bow to people u dont know and hug ur loved ones i guess.

bow in front of bigger people, in age, power, strength ,will, humanity, deeds

hug the people of your same age and younger.
