I've always said I will refuse to go to Heaven, it seems like a silly place with empty worship and soulless minds.

So, I refused Jesus in my heart, because that's the only safe trip to Hell.

In a few months I'm gonna marry my Christian girlfriend. I never thought that would have these consequences:

1 Corinthians 7:
And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

I can't even marry out of love without having the threat of Heaven hanging over my head again?

There was a time in the Old Testament when the Israelites intermarried with other nations. And, of course, the other nations believed in other gods and they were not permitted to intermarry because they might influence Israel into idolatry.

Many times God overlooked it, but on one occasion, God commanded them to divorce those who were unbelievers.

In the New Testament, many people of other nationalities were converted, and so the question arose whether God would recognize marriage between a believer and an unbeliever. So the sanctification is not that the wife saves the husband, but that God recognizes the marriage because of the wife's obedience.

So, it's still up to you, my friend. ;o)

If your girlfriend is a practicing christian then it is surprising to me that she would marry a non-believer.

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

However, if she does, then yes, you as a non-believer would not be saved or made holy but you are set apart in a position of external privilege. The word 'holy' comes from the same root word translated 'sanctified' in this verse. It does not at all mean that the children are madeholy in themselves, that is, that they necessarily live clean and pure lives. Rather it means that they are set apart in a place of privilege. They have at least one parent who loves the Lord, and who tells them the Gospel story.

the only way you are going to heaven is if you believe in christianity and the bible. Seriously it is only one religion and not even necessarily the right one. For all we know there could be no heaven and no hell, and you are just fine. what I find really curious about your question is that your assumption that christianity is right, that there is a heaven, and the bible is supreme truth and yet you do not want to go to heaven. It just seems like you are mixing belief with non-belief. I find myself really really curious as to what your religious beliefs are, like do you consider yourself a christian? Anyway, congratulations on your upcoming marriage, I know it will all work out well :)

1 Corinthians 10:
"For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered over the desert. Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did. Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: "The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in pagan revelry." We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died. We should not test the Lord, as some of them did—and were killed by snakes. And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel."

Well lad simply do all the things mentioned above and I gurantee you will be resurrected in hell below.

This verse does not say that because you get married to a Christian you go to heaven. The only way to get there is to accept Jesus. I don't see why she would want to marry you anyway. After all you are dissing her God.

Yep, looks like your stuck. Perhaps you will be fortunate and be one of those that remains on earth instead of going to heaven. Either way, that life has got to be better than this one. Good luck on your upcoming marriage. I sincerely hope that the unequal yoke will not get to hard for your wife to bear.

As a christian, I tell you the true and the true is even if you feel like you're being called to become one, you still have the choice to accept Jesus Christ or not.

Not to worry. There is only one way to heaven. If you don't accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior you don't have to worry about going to heaven. Your choice has already been made for you.
