Kenpo does and we also use pressure point strikes.

Any grappling art that teaches holds by default teaches bone/joint breakng techniques. This is wide spread, I learned bone breaking techs in Kenpo Karate, same in Chin Na, Shaui Chaio I learned also had some locking and breaking techs (a lot actually), of course, so did the wrestler I trained with. Jujitus (both traditional and small circle) teaches this which makes sense. I have noted that things that are locks can sometimes be breaks in a fight.
Just my thoughts

Most martial arts offer some form of joint locking, but some have more in their curriculum than others. Hapkido, Akido, Akijitsu, Judo are some that seem to specialize in locks and throws. Sambo is another form of submission fighting. Anything that is a lock of any sort can break a bone or a joint with more pressure.

Brazillian Jiu-jitsu obviously, as you've already stated.

Other than that, when it comes to bone structural attacks :

Traditional Japanese Bujutsu/Jujutsu/Taijutsu,

Chinese Chin-na, Krav Maga (from Israel), Greek Pankration,

amongst numerous other martial styles.

Now, a number of what I've listed aren't big onto submission, as submissions aren't truly reliable in a street/warfield confrontation....breaking the bone/joint is much more reliable overall as it causes immediate results -vs- prolonged "will he tap" results.

A wide variety of MA practice joint locking and submission positions but do not use it as their emphasis. If something was developed that included several "ideas or styles" then it probably will carry some of these applications.

Try the Filipino Martial Arts. Trankada is very effective as is dumog.

You want to be a grapppler admit it. Just go down to the nearest Ju Jitsu house and join already.

Next year you'll want to join pofessional MMA and go into the Octagon, and when you acctually get in there you'll wish you never did

wrestling for submissions? Are you seriously stupid? Wrestling teaches pins, not submissions.

Well any way, try dumog, judo, or aikido.
