Could the use of ultrasound on pregnant women have affected their off-springs?

I know a 17 year old girl who was born without a reproductory system. In 1982 I saw a medical report on CNN about ultrasound affecting the embryo's gonads ( testicles and ovaries). Could there be a relation?

Extremely unlikely. If that were the case, there would be vast quantities of kids (and adults, now) with problems, since ultrasounds are done so regularly. Studies of the relationship of fetal malformation to ultrasounds show very weak correlations at best.
