Rev 5:8 says, “When He (Jesus) had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb (Jesus), each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.”

Rev 5:13 says, “And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, [be] blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.”

The word "worship" is not used in either verse and Jesus himself said that only his Father, Almighty God should be given worship.
"Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD (Jehovah) your God, and Him only you shall serve.’” ( Jesus did not tell Satan--"worship me only".)

Also in the verse you quoted at Rev 5:13--- Notice that this speaks of two separate beings--to the one who sits on the throne (Jehovah) and to the Lamb (Christ Jesus)
