Hi,
You have to eat your regular 3 meals (big breakfast, normal lunch, lighter dinner) + a little snack every day (at around 4 PM), then that is all. Do NOT eat between, unless prescribed by a doctor if you had a medical condition. Also drink a lot of water, and reduce or even stop all your soda or so if you drink any.
Prefer veggies with a little margarine and natural sauces instead of veggies with a lot of fat added to it.
Eat regularly though, do not skip one meal, it would just not make the thing right for your body, you might need to eat more the following meal, thus just don't do that and eat each of your meals. Try to take them quietly, not eating quickly and stressed. Just stay sit when you eat, do not read or watch TV during your meal, but music is fine if you eat alone and need to have some company.
Evoid any source of refined sugar (not healthy), if really you have to have sugar in your meal, prefer the natural brown sugar or the maple sugar/syrop (no sugar added inside the ingredients, just the 100% pure maple sugar/syrop). If your mom fixes the meals, ask her to reduce the oil/margarine for you.
If she is making her own cakes, ask her to subsitute a lot of the oil/margarine and instead of she could add apple sauce (same quantity than she would have put for the oil), but still she has to keep some oil/margarine, not much though, if not the cake won't be good.
I've began a vegetarian diet almost 15 years ago, then stopped it over than 10 years ago to definitively becoming a strict vegan.
If you have to exercice, you first have to visit a doctor to see what is proper with your own health. Also, you might wish to visit a dietetician.
Whatever, do NOT lose hope of losing weight and do NOT let anyone telling you that you cannot succeed, because of course, you can succeed.
Just, don't eat at Mc Donald's or Burger King, don't eat junk food, prefer a healthy snack and meal.
GOOD LUCK!

Maybe you need some outside help. Talk to your doctor. Join a gym and get a personal trainer. Join Curves or some fitness program like that. As for running, take your time. Start by walking, then gradually increase your pace each day. Or run for five minutes and then walk for five minutes. And increase the increments of running gradually. Listen to your body! Don't push yourself too hard. You'll get there! But you need a support group.
What eating problems are you having? Do you think you have a disorder? Or do you just need a healthier diet plan?

I had problems running everyday as well. Just keep pushing yourself, start out slow and push yourelf and your body will build endurance. For instance start out slow. Monday_ run 1/2 mile, Wed, go a little further, Friday try and run a Mile. Also don't run everyday, it will hurt you knees , so everyother day switch it up . Another pointer is don't walk even if you slow down to a slow pace, it's better than walking. Finally, try eating better, go to a 1200- 1500 calorie diet. And cut out sodas and fruit juices high in sugar........ Drink water. Hope this helps. Good Luck

It's good that you exercise everyday. You need that - for metabolism. When your metabolism increases, it should burn your fat. Another factor is calorie intake. Try to avoid fatty foods, fast foods and junk foods. Eat more protein as it is satisfying as well as filling.Try it. I did and lost 2 kilos in just THREE DAYS!!! It's really amazing!
