It depends on the guy. Just like girls want to spend time with eachother and talk girl stuff, men need time to roughhouse, hang out, and talk guy stuff.
It seems like the guy in question in your situation, however, is more on the outgoing end of the spectrum. First off, if you're the one who's feeling ignored, you need to let him know. Relationships based on clear communication are generally happier and healthier. Also, keep in mind that men are naturally independant creatures, while women are more social and clingy. A good relationship also balances independance and codependance, so try figuring out where you stand on this.
My personal opinion-- a guy should spend as much (if not more) time with his other half if they're exclusively dating or engaged. Married couples, on the other hand, definately need to spend more time with eachother; both partners should know that when they committed to marriage, they committed to becoming closer to that person than anyone else in the world.

Guys should have guy time and women should have girl time. If you are uncomfortable with the amount of guy time that is being spent, then you need to let him know where you stand and how you are feeling. Communication is the key. Tell him about it and maybe set some guidelines or time restraints, but don't be overbearing and unreasonable because then you may push him away.

That should be something you decide between the two of you. Obviously, you don't want to cut him off from his friends, but you don't want him to not be there with his life with you. So try to find some middle ground. Maybe when he goes off with his Friends, you could plan some time off with your friends. Or, try to plan times when he goes with his Friends that you go to. You'll feel more comfortable maybe if your acquainted with who he is hanging out with when he's not with you. Find a way to make both of you feel comfortable with his time away from you.

Well, this varies because not all men are the same. If your child is invited to neverland ranch for Michael Jackson birthday party it is best to leave before "all" the presents are opened.

I see nothing wrong with this. But......if he is spending all his time with the boys, well then he doesn't want to spend time with you and you should move on to somebody who does.
