Are you just supposed to see the OB-GYN every year or are you supposed to do that and an annual physical? It seems the OB-GYN doesn't cover everything you need to know about your body, just the womanly stuff....

It depends on your gp and your obgyn. Many gps do pap smears etc, but many don't. It also depends on if you are sexually active and have more than one partner although your partner may have multiple partners you may not know about.

An annual physical by a gp for someone 22, unless you have some interesting health issues seems a bit much.

You need to discuss this with your gp and your obgyn if they are different. You also need to know about your own body and the possible medical issues that can arise from your family's genetic inheiritances.

I just see the OB-GYN once a year. At your age you don't really need a yearly checkup unless you feel bad. Normally OB-GYN will check your urine and you could ask them to check your blood if you feel its necessary. But I only see a regular dr. if I feel ill

the ob-gyn can do it all. just tell the receptionist what you want when you make your appointment.
