I would never give up my dog, or have her euthanized. But my dog play bites, we are working on it, and I have taken advice from others already. But what would your advice be?

She doesn't bite in an aggressive way, but when she gets excited and wants to play, the first thing she does is put her mouth on her hands. Doesn't bite down, just kind of touches them. We try telling her no, and ignoring her until she calms down, and stops biting. We are making little progress this way.

I have a 5 yr old red nose pitt. He is my baby, he is so sweet and loving. He is the light of my life but he barks at everything. When I let him into our fenced yard, he barks at anything on the otherside. One day he was barking because a plastic bag was blowing by, he barks when the doorbell rings. and this is lound uncontrollable barking. He is usually very well behaved but when it comes to noise that he doesnt like he looses control. He wont listen to me or even acknowledge me. He is only like this in our house, when we go out he ignores everything.. he can pass dogs, people or anything on the street outside our house. Please give advice about what to do - especially at the doorbell. I love him like he is my child - if there is no resolution to this problem nothing will change - I would never get rid of him.. I love him so much I actually joke with people when he gets old I will put him on life support to keep him around. So nothing will happen if there is no solution to this barking.

I have a Jack Russell that's got seperation issues. She won't leave my side. I took her and my other Jack Russell to the dog park thinking that might help and he was fine, but she was completely clingy. She also has to be the center of attention. If I try to pet my male she hoards in. I've tried leaving her in her pin and letting him out a few minutes before her, but that doesn't seem to help. How do I break her of this?

I have a dog that continuously barks at us if he is not receiving attention. It is quite annoying. What is the best way to handle? Also, we are expecting, is there a good book or what do I need to do to provide training to the two dogs we have so that we may keep them? The barking dog is a border collie/lab mix, our other is a corgi/standard poodle.

I have a wonderful Shih Tzu that is 2 & 1/2 years old, I would never ever give her up,she is like my child, but I do have a problem. When we have guests over, she just goes crazy with excitement. She runs and jumps on them, and if they sit down, she jumps on their laps and runs around their neck, she is small, 9 lbs. My hubby and I have tried everything, to get her to behave when we have guests. We also have a Lhasa, who is a little calmer, but follows her sisters behavior. Any help would be greatly appreciated, we are at our wits end.

My dog is very nervous when on a walk, timid around strangers, and I can't trust her around small children. We got this dog as a pup and she has never been mistreated, we will not unnecessarily put this dog down, but we have to closely watch her around people.
