Do you mean your REFUND was sent out 2 weeks ago and you still have not received it?
If that is the case, yes you should of had it by now because once they mail it, it usually comes within several days. I would definitely contact them and let them know that you still have not received it because it could of been lost or stolen in the mail or maybe they did not have your correct address. If that is the case, and it was sent to a wrong address, you will have to wait until it is returned to them as "undeliverable" and then they will issue you a new refund sent to your correct address. That is what happened to a friend of mine--eventually you will receive it but it may take awhile. You should call the IRS 800 number to check on it though and let them know you did not receive it.

it can take up to 6-10 weeks for them to acknowledge they have them and even then they will tell you they got them but are still processing them
