How to cure many open pores on my cheeks ,any cream or face pack or treatmane?

I have mixed skin. Because of pimples and white heads, my face and cheeks are with many open pores which are clearly visible giving a rough look to my face. Please help me, how can I cure this problem.

Once your cheek has a pore open in it, it is hard to close it specially if you have mixed skin. Try ice packs and see what happens.

Clinique do a pore minimiser range which is also fantastic!
