Because he is trying to play the hard to get roll because he kknows that you are totally interested in him which will have you falling for it because you are wondering why he blanked you. So therefore ignore him for a while and let him try to figure you out. Men love a challenge and you need to give him one. Don't sweat the fact that he blanked you, just act like it don't bother you and he will come after you. So when you run into him again act as if everything is cool and that you are too busy to chat. Keep smiling and even give hm a hug but then keep it moving. You are going to have his head spinning trust me.
