Well try to avoid napping during the day and do relaxing activities in the late evening before going to bed. Also, avoid drinking caffeine after 5 pm.

Go 4 a workout or do things that u normally don't do to make u tired n once u get on the right track again u will automatically go back to sleep.Make yourself lay down cuz even though u r awake your body rests when it's laying down.Reading is good for making me tired.Ya working out works to n at the same time your keeping in shape n being more healthy so 2 good things come out of it.Sleep n healthy.Good luck n hope that helps.

Try going to bed earlier, at the same time each night. Drink some warm milk, read a boring book. Try to only be on the bed when you're sleeping; if you do other stuff on the bed, your brain will associate the bed with being awake.

I kinda have the same problem. They way I have been dealing with it, is not clearing my mind but filling it with thoughts ideas and senerios until you no longer feel your body, you can't think about feeling your body or you will, in a few mins you should lose track of all the thoughts and they will have a dream like quality. Then I know I am asleep.

Take some benadryl right before you need to go to sleep, that should knock you right out! And its safer than the regular over the counter sleeping pills. Just make sure you don't get the "non-drowsy" variety or it wont work ;)

the only way that i could sleep is that i should think of my crush..or by making scenes or a story [in sort I'm doing stuffs that did not happen to me and my crush,sort of night dreaming] i want that i should end the day with that person but because its already summer here at Philippines, i haven't have the chance to see my crush, only on school days or we bump in each other in the mall..but if you really want to sleep in a normal way, drink milk

your brain is hard wired you cant turn it off sleep is your brain resting doing what has to be done to clean up the mess a person can fake sleep when i have a job and i want to do good work i will nap it helps my productivity the first few mintues of sleep are the most important

well u probably nap during the day then u cant sleep at night. So try as hard as u can to not sleep in th eday. then u'll just collaspe when u hit ur bad at nite.
