Your husband cannot petition for your in-laws. Only US citizens can petition for "parents" and the term "parent" is defined by reference to the term "child". Since your husband doesn't qualify as a child of your in-laws, they cannot be his parents and he cannot sponsor them. You can sponsor them, but only after you obtain citizenship. If you have been married to a USC for three years, you should be eligible for naturalization. I would say naturalize and then bring your parents in as immediate relatives.

You could move to Albania, it would probably be easier. You can't petition parents

He needs to be checked by a psychiatrist. Whom in his/her right mind would want to live close to the in laws? There is nothing better than distance to appreciate someone, keep it that way. Besides, I been in Albania and is a lovely country.

I hear about your husband can get a temporary visa for your parents to come visit you... It's like he'll sign a letter saying that he will be fully responsible for your parents for a certain period, let's say they come to visit you for 15 days.. So after the 15 days your parents have to go back to Albania.. Check with your lawyer... I am about to do that for my grandma, but later this year!!
Good Luck

Why don't you and you husband live in Albania? Then you wouldn't have to worry about bringing your parents to the United States. Problem solved!

No more immigration until we get all the illegal immigrants under control in the USA. Keep them in Albania.
