Probably some spicy chicken or shrimp with sour cream, maybe some really fresh crispy lettuce.

The flour tortilla would first be hot and burned a little from an open flame on the stove.
Then add
Crema con chile(sour cream and tapatio)
or
Crema con sal(sour cream with salt)
WTF?!?! Fajitas?!?! there are no Fajitas in Mexico it is not Mexican food it is just steak with pepper that some New mexican Native american came up with for a restaraunt!
