Are you doing your proper warming up, and cooling down exercises for each game? Are you exercising between games?

If you want to stay on a high physical peak for all your games, you need to keep your muscles used between games and limber them up before hand, as well as allowing them to cool slowly afterwards.

If you have any sort of a good coach, he/she has already told you this!

Now it is up to you to take care of your body as it deserves.

Depends on the type of pain and the area you're experiencing. Now days with computers and poor desk posture more and more people are experiencing back pains. A chiropractor should help with that through regular spine adjustments.

Strengthening back muscles could help as well if you overall posture has a particular formation. I've heard girls complain sometimes of back problems because of large breasts. For guys the problem can be large bellys. The best solution for that has been back exercises.

If you pain is sharp and comes and goes in a random pattern, you may need professional help. See a doctor. Otherwise see a good chiropractor.

No I think sometimes everybody's shoulder and back hurts. If you have reasons to think you are having a heart attack you always should go to the er for blood work and an ecg but that is up to you.

It depends on where the pain is and it could mean that you have a health complication like arthritius. You can try to reduce the pain through physical theraphy or doing back exercises such a palaties or yoga. Pain in shoulders and back could mean weak back muscles and or heavy lifting so try to strengthen your back muscles.

No, it's probably normal from activities you do. If it is persistent or becomes worse, see a doctor just to be safe. Best wishes!
