Try soing something you haven't done before. Change things up. I always find that taking control and being the dominant one usually does the trick. Get him all worked up then change the subject, he will be shocked and ready for what is yet to come. Never under estimate the power you have over a man. Talk to him about what you want to do to him and what you want him to do to you. Then leave it alone for a while. He wont know what to think except that he wants you more than ever.

maybe hes not physically attracted to you anymore, and your not getting his little friend awake.
well if i'm with my boyfriend, i usually just give him a big hug, and give him a kiss, and kind push on his lips and have my hands on my waist, or around his neck, and he gets so excited about it.. he says he likes it when i am in control, and aggressive.. try being aggrassive to him!
we have an ongoing game with eachother, like he'll be like "you dont have any game" or something corny like that, and then i'll do whatever i can to wake him up a little bit. lol
or we'll just be sittting in the hall and i'll be sitting inbetween his legs, and he'll rub my back or somehting... and he sneaks in a kiss on my neck, or my ear and get me all excited or whatever..

U gotta find new items that get him hot! Have him go to the sex store with you...
