Try getting her to use the yogurt as a dip for healthier things - cheese sticks, banana chunks, rolled up pieces of deli meats, apple slices, etc... Good luck! It is important to get her off to a good start!

Try to offer her a variety of foods. Also show her that you are eating them, it may encourage her to try it too. Also I would stay away from to many deli meats, they are high in nitrates and not the best for anyone. Also pretzels are high in salt. Offer her things like cheerios, they are a good iron source. Perhaps offering her things she can dip in yogurt will start her off with other things. This is also the time to start teaching her what no means. She will start eating other things if she is hungry enough.

Good Luck

It is completely normal for children to only like 1 or 2 foods when the first start eating "real" food. You can try to introduce a new food to her that is similar to what she already likes or you can add things to her yogurt(cut up different fruit into bite size pieces or add some cereal and stir it in) then later serve her them by themselves. Try to get her to taste whatever you are eating. Over exaggerate how much you are enjoying your meal. Kids like to do what mommy is doing. In the meantime, to make sure she is getting proper nutrition, you can give her pediasure drinks, either with meals or as a snack.

You learn for your next child not to start with baby food. The perfect time to start solids is when your child starts picking up/grabbing for table food. They eat it from the start and you never have this problem.

Other than that... are you nursing? she can get alot of nutrtion from that durring this picky stage.

Just keep offering her good food. Dont give in with the pretzles. Offer her fresh berries, bananas, cantelope... etc... At dinner, put a little bit of everything from your plate on her tray (you may want to get a floor mat, if shes super-picky she will probably throw alot on the floor)

She will eventually start eating the food you offer.

My baby went through this. I hated to do it but I didn't continue on #3 baby food for a while cause he wasn't eating anything. I would give him one jar of #3 food and then try to give table food to fill in some of the fruits and veggies

Just don't give her anything else. She won't starve herself
Don't make a fuss when she refuses it just take it away and offer her something else at the next meal/snack time. She will get the hint and start eating more foods.

I would just keep offering her different things my toddler loves fruit especially banana's, cut up strawberries, cut up grapes. Did you try cherrio's, I started giving her things we eat but cut up into smaller bits she hates mushed up food so I started giving her food cut into small pieces putting her in her highchair put the food in front of her and let her pick at her snacks. She also loved to eat baby cookies like Arrow Root and gold fish crackers

My son went through this, as he had sensory issues with food. I literally had to "starve him into submission". I stopped the baby food cold turkey, and only offered him table foods - I started with soft, mushier foods - like soups, grilled cheese, bananas, rice, etc. He eventually got hungry enough to try them and now eats fine. I urge you to start soon though... I have many friends who didn't push the issue, and one who's daughter is 4 now and in therapy to help her eat foods - still will only eat baby good or pediasure. Not fun!

Go ahead and start feeding her soft adult foods like, pancakes, spagetti o's, pureed fruits (peel+steam+blender) cut up bananas, cut up vienna sausage (cocktail wienies) etc...think soft and think small. Don't worry, kids are like puppies, they will NOT starve themselves and eventually eat what they are given. If you always GIVE IN, and feed only 2 things...they will become stubborn and you'll have more problems in other areas with your child other than food.

Try giving her bologna and cheese but take a cookie cutter first and make some fun shapes.
