Not exactly sure how it works in PA, but where I live, many nursing homes will train CNAs and pay for them to take the certification test...
If they don't do that in your area, call the local unemployment office. Many times they have federal grant programs that will pay for you to take some kind of technical training. The ones here actually assist with education for about 30 different jobs. I applied to late (they ran out of funds) but several girls in my nursing classes get most of their tuition paid for through the unemployment office.

Try surveying the local nursing homes . They are probably your best bet for FREE. Other than that call your local hospital and ask if they have a program where you can train for free if you work for them for a year. (you'll still get full pay but you have to commit to working for them).
