At least 20-30 minutes a day is good exercise. Less than that really isn't as efficient. If you are just starting out though and are really out of shape you may need to start out at 10-15 minutes a day and add 5 minutes every other day til you get up to 30 min a day. You can do this to work up to an hour a day too...just add 5 minutes each day or every other day until you are working out the amount of time you desire.

I would say 30 minutes 5 days a week. That would be sufficient to maintain or even lose a little weight and stay physically fit.

at least 30 minutes a day, but not necessarily all at once. you can even exercise during commercials on tv!
