Odours and smells come out of material things not from the spirits or ghosts. If the number ghostis more than 2 or 3 then this should be phenomenon observed by many people but if it is rare then it should be peronal perception, may be fantacies.

The physiological workings of our brains is electrochemical. If you have a belief in spirits, as in you think they are real and present, your brain produces waves, patterns and chemical transmittals in response to that believed presence. Much as your eyes may create a pattern of substance (in the absence of any measurable substance) so may your nose detect odors, in the absence of odors.

Phew, English sure ain't your mother tongue, is it?

If you're talking about alcohol, that's the aroma; but if you're talking about ghosts, well, they're supposed to be dead, ain't it? And the dead don't exactly smell like roses!

Cheers!
