Cut out sugar (aka soda, candy, high fructose corn syrup) as sugar has a chelating effect and encourages the bad types of bacteria to grow in your mouth, also try to cut out all coffee, it chelates calcium out of bones + etc... And finally increase Calcium (all bones are made out of this), phosphorus (helps absorb calcium), and magnesium (helps tooth enamel harden... so it won't break as easily) mineral uptake since these are essential for strong bones + teeth. Order some blood work to test your mineral balance and ask your doctor if any are on the low side of normal and try to get those up.

Depending on your age, and consumption of sugary snacks and foods and other factors, you will find that your teeth will get weak as you get older. Your molars are usually first to go.

Also, if you have an "impacted wisdom tooth," where it grows inward toward the adjacent molar, it can cause the molar to crack and break.

I would suggest that you see your dentist.

go toyour dentist. u probably don't have enough calcium in your daily diet. calcium is what makes your teeth strong. i don't think it will grow back, but the dentist will be able to fix it so that it can look normal again.

get enough calcium.
