Ok, so i usally get A's abd B's on my report card, but this time i got 2 C's in math and Spanish. My mom doesn't seem that happy that i got those grades, but isn't a C an average? I dont get it! Some people ground their children if they get a C! an average!!!

Yes, a C is an average grade, but most parents want their children to do better than average. I can understand why a C would upset your mom if you normally get an A--it is a pretty big drop.
I am grade obsessed so I get mad if I don't get all A's but some of my friends are really happy when they get a C.
Basically, everyone has their own opinion of what is good for a grade and what is not so good.

That's the point. A "C" is average and can be obtained with minimum work. A little more effort earns a B or maybe an A. Do a little extra work. Life will be easier at home with your mom

C is average. But if you normally make A's and Bs, I can understand why your mom is upset. Check with your teachers to see what you can do to boost your grade.

a c is not an average. in ottawa, ontario,canada and b is the average... i suggest you get a tutor in those two subjects to help boost your grade. adios.bueno suerte

ask your teachers 4 mk up wk or try to talk to your mom and ask her if she will give you 1 more chance to bring it up and tell her that if you dont,you will do some punishment.
