Vill du gifta mig? / Vill du gifta dig med mig?
(=Do you want to marry me?)
My swedish isn't very good, but also Google found these expressions so I think they're right :)

Vil De gifter seg med meg ? well it´s in norwegian, but i´m sure she will understand it. Just check out that is correctly written, because i took it from a translation page.
