Your talking about the Willy's MB. (Earlier model was Willy's MA, later model was M38(Vietnam era and later)) Also there are the civilian versions (CJ-2,CJ-3 and CJ-5) that were produced starting in 1945 that were almost identical to the GI models. You really have quite a few options. Look around where you live. Someone may be selling one. I've seen a few here (fully restored, none for sale), a few months ago I saw Willy's pickup that had some potential for restoration. Of course there's always ebay. They have quite a few. Some in need of more restoration than others. Trick is finding one close to where you live. Good luck. Hope you find what you're looking for.

If you look close enough there are several type of Jeeps used. Some Willys MB and some CJ 2's. You can buy kits and build them yourself or you can track them down through auto trader or even Ebay. JC Whitney has the kits and just about everything else you need to assemble one. Consider it the world's best model kit.
Good luck!

I know what you are talking about. I did see one at a place called "Harry's U Pull It" in Hazelton, PA about 4 years ago. No one took any parts off of it. It was in a fair condition, a few rust spots, etc. Most likely didn't run, but it was there none the less. If you do go to see if they have it, I hope it is still there for you if you are interested.
