A pound is the equivelant of 3500 calories. By having a deficeit of 500 calories per day, you could lose one pound in a week. Naturally pounds lost will be more or less based on the amount of calories you intend to cut from your food intake or burn through exercise.
10 shirts and a hoodie is a bit ridiculous. You are only going to dehydrate yourself. Please create a HEALTHFUL and SENSIBLE food and exercise plan... it sounds like you are going a bit overboard. Reevaluate your eating habits and adjust them accordingly, ditto with your current exercise plan. Good luck, and stay healthy.

I will tell you right now how to get rid of 5 pounds this week. Do not touch any weights, this will put on weight in the form of muscle and water. Do light cardio (ride a bike at a decent pace for at least 30 minutes) at least 3 or 4 days. To shed the water weight do this:
For the first three days take in 2 gallons of water, up your sodium (just salt each meal) and cut your carb intake
Then after that for two days take in about 25oz of water a day, cut your sodium intake and up your carbs. This will trick your body and dump your water weight.

See all the 10 shirts and hoodie is going to do is make you sweat out water weight, which you will gain right back immediately when you drink some water. The method described above is easier and more natural, but remember water weight will come back quickly and is just to trick the scale.

Go for a walk instead of the weight lifting and eat a moderate 1200-1400 calorie diet and you'll lost about 2 lbs a week. Cut out the sugar and soda, and you can lose more. Up your water intake. Godloveya.

You should be able to lose 3-5 pounds very quickly like 2-4 weeks, depending on how active you are and what you eat. It's not healthy to lose more than 1.5 pounds a week, at least that's what I was told.
