Lots of trans fats, and they are bad for you. Check the label for fat content.

Chips are not good for you. Are they the equivalant to eating a peice of cheesecake? No. But would it be much much better to eat a green apple or some rice cakes? Absolutely. The trick here is moderation. Once a week when watching a movie its cool to munch on some potato chips, it all depends on your diet, the ammount of physical activity you do and your goals.

You know that anything that tastes good is bad for you/us.
You also know that these things are hard to eat in moderation; almost impossible. I can't imagine eating a little bit every day for a week. Who are we kidding? The only people who can do that are the ones who don't really like them.
The only way to eat a little once a day is to...eat a small amount. Put the bag in a safe that has a 24 hour timer on it.

Potato chips have potassium but also have a lot of fat as they are fried. There are baked ones which are healthier. All things in moderation are okay but the fat content of the usual potato chips are horrid! There are also corn chips but then again they usually have a lot of salt which makes you retain fluid and then look bigger than you actually are. Always read the contents. Crackers are better for you.

Everything can be bad for you - it's all about moderation and balance. Sure, have some, but don't have the whole bag and don't wash it down with more fattening stuff.
