He turns 22 tomorrow and i was going to throw him a birthday party but he said not to. Hes from cali but moved to texas for me and he dont know anyone but my friends. They try to be friends with him but its hard on him cuz he hasnt been here for that long. Anyways he told me he wont go to the party so im not having one but i dont know what i should do for him. Im not good at the whole relationship thing cuz hes my 2nd REAL bf. I wanna do something special... help!

I always think doing something from the heart is always best. Or take him for a lovely experience or do something he enjoys doing. If he likes eating out---go out for a nice meal (if you do not cook). If he likes watching /attending sports games----get tickets to a game! Or if he likes a certain artist/musician tickets to their concert. If he likes shows/plays get tickets to one! If there is any activity /trip or place he always wanted to do---grant him that wish.
As for specialness, you can make a photo album of the two of you together (if too much work), frame a really nice pic of two of you and give it to him.
Spending quality time with loved ones always does it for me. If he likes pampering, give him a romantic night at home/your place or his place together. Couples massage or have a meal (take out from his fave place) and make it romantic.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it more of a homemade feeling.

Buy a real nice outfit, take him out to eat at a nice restaurant, than after that go to his favorite place, when you get back run him a nice bubble bath and join him, when he get out and Thant's everything over and done with, surprise him with something you know he'd like, (if he's a gamer, a psp, or a few games), if he likes golf some passes to a nice golf course, a suit, or anything you think he'd like, laying on the bed under rose pedals, what guy wouldn't love that?
