Has anyone ever semi dye their hair with kool aid how do ya do it and how long does it last,thank's

Haven't heard ayone mention this in years.
Yes it works. Just wet your head and then mix the kool aid with a little water and work it through.
Be careful if you are a blond, it can be very bright and last what seems like forever.

wow...i did it wit red kool aid when i was in middle school....i just put the kool aid in some water (very little water) and put it on my hair and put a shower cap on and left it on for about a half hour and my hair was RED....i cant tell you how long it wouldve lasted cuz my dad made me dye it back brown..lol

I did couple of times it doesn't last long and my hair is a little darker now from that

My friend in HS did it. It came out Orange. It didn't last too long for her but her hair was also darker.

I can get very bright and if you have blond hair it can stain it and It may never come out!!! Hairstylists nightmare!!!!

it does work, but its VERY temporary. my cousin did it. i don't know how to do it, but i'll tell you this: the color will rub off very easily. it got all over her clothes and it was just a big mess.
