am I too old?

Question

My step-sister has a 19 year old friend (same age as her) who is very very hot. The reason I know this is because my stpe sister has shown me pictures and has told me about her. We will be going on vacation the same week and same place as her friend. Am I too old, just turned 27, to pursue this girl? The idea of getting with her has moivated me to get back into football shape. Should I keep it as strictly a motivator, or completely go for it?

And don't forget ... your stepsister pimped her to you. Was that an accident she flashed her photo to you? Who is chasing who here buddy? But, seriously, it's good that somebody is coming into your life in this way. I would advsie to take some time before you could completely go for her. Use her as a motivator to get back into that athletic shape. That's good for your personal health.

From personal experience I know that it's better to do the good and ultimate good at different stages. I had this girl that I wanted but because of lack of sporting activity, I was developing a baggy tummy and I used to look at her and did my best to be in an acceptable shape. After a year, I got her. You might do it in lesser time, but your health is far important at your age! Good, buddy!!!!.

Dude, be careful with this one. I say definitely use her as a motivator, Lord knows I could use a motivator to get into shape, but just don't set yourself up thinking this girl will go for you. I mean, she may leap at you, just don't do anything rash. Be cool, you can tell if this girl is into you or not. And as for the age thing; she's 19 and you're not; people with much bigger age differences are together. Why not you?

Well she is of age but yo have to consider she is still going to be immature she can't go clubbing with you and well if things do go good you stand the chance of her telling you step sister everything and I do mean everything that goes on between the two of you. Look at it this way there is 8 yrs difference right. Imagine that you get married when she is 30 and in her prime sexual peak you'll be like my husband and only want it 2 to 3 times a week.

Ultimately the decission is yours to make.

This one your going to have to feel out, she is still at that stage of the college girl, and just want to have a good time, and probably doesnt want to be tied down, on the other hand you might or might not want to start settling down either. for sure use it, to get your self back in shape, while your on vacation see what happens, feel her out a bit. she might be hot and all but could be a total stuck up bit*h and not worth the time, also dont forget now that your getting back into shaped there might be women closer to your age that are way better looking and into the same things as you are too, i would have to say keep your options open, while getting yourself into shape and see what comes along. good luck bro

Although the younger ALWAYS thinks there's a same plateau, no difference and that they can relate -- the OLDER of the two knows the difference (always). Move on, because 19 is NOT DRINKING AGE -- and you can be jailed for providing her a drink in public, and in your place (assuming you're not living with your mom). She can have you arrested, for giving her drinks if/when you break up. She can be lured by her own materialism (and shock that you can rent a car, by airfare or hotel room etc.) This makes them more attracted to men that have something in their bank-account, and cars (which is laughable). Of course, you should think twice about THIS particular teenager, since she's connected to your family? and you should wonder WHAT it is about YOU, that can't associate or attract or keep the interest of women of your own age.

No you are not old. It's a hard situation.. maybe wait a few yrs more so she can mature. My perspectives when I was 19 were a lot different than now.. and Im sure that they will change. But, then again I am really mature for my age. but, since you are only physically attracted to this girl.. it most likely it won't work.. give her time to experience college and young boys.. cuz I am sure she still don't knw alot. I am still learning.

never hurts to try right. i don't think your old i think that your pretty young but i do think that other ppl reations and thought should be respected. Does age really matter to you? Does age really matther to this person? My Dad is 74 and my mom is 43 ... big age diffrence huh. well to some it matter to some it doesn't . i don't think your old and i am younger than this girl iam 17 about to be 18 on MAY 11... one of my friends is 18 and marrying and 32 year old. so i mean take a look at the bright side. if she's not interested it don't mean your to old it means she's just not interested... don't spoil your vaccation trying to get her attention ... be your cool self ...

Big Daddy, going back in shape is a terrific idea and it will make you feel good as a man. But your wondering if your too old for this girl, don't you know that age is only a number??
