I like this guy and i think he likes me to but do i ask him out or wait till he does so i don't seem to forward with him.

i would wait for him to ask me and if he dont soon, move on cuz he might not like you. he might just like you as a friend! what i do, i have one of my friends to ask a boy if he liked me and if he does, have them to ask him out for you!

Just keep giving him all the right and obvious hints that you two would make a good couple. what ever you do, don't send mixed messages(like trying to get him jealous) or play hard to get cuz this is only going to stir up those hints and confuse the heck outta him. x_X
When you approach him from behind to talk to him, grab and kind of squeez his arm to get his attention. little things like these will send the right signals. Hope this helps, good luck! =)

i would suggest you let things just flow together, cuz even though you may like him, he may not like you how you like him, dont rush into it and say hey i like you cuz things might be a little akward. just continue flirting or whatever it is that you do best. he'll come around
