BEST for what price range? if you have an unlimited budjet the a tokio mario or AEG is what you want to get (go to cobraairsoft.com), if you have a low budget then I recomend you go to airsoftatlnata.com and get a TSD M14 it comes with a tri rail system so you can atacth scopes, laser sights, etc. It also comes with a speed loader for quick reloads, and the clip holds 37 rounds so if your even a half way decent sniper you wont run out, it shoots over 400 FPS and can hit a person at over 150 feet, it also comes with a metal adjustable rear sight for perfect calabration and a adjustable hop up.

ok the BEST sniper is probably one of the marui gas operated snipers. you can find em on airsplat, or on ebay.. you can get far far better but those are in the thousands and i doubt you're willing to spend that (check redwolf they have some, if not check ebay they usually have one or two of em)
the single best economy sniper at the moment is the UTG type 96 spring sniper. one step up from the m324 (amazing gun by the way, i own one) and it's only 140 (most marui's are over 2 or 300). it fires at 401 fps with a .20 bb (somethin like that.. i know it's over 400)
edit: just thought to add this. is this your first airsoft gun? it's a common 'noob' mistake to go straight for the sniper but it's my duty as an airsofter to warn that snipers are NOT under ANY circumstance a good beginner gun. it will NOT be practical for a fight since many many MANY fights are too close range and fast paced for anything but a dedicated sniper. and using a sniper takes far far far FAR more skill and patience than most people realize.

Tanaka M700 A.I.C.S. sniper rifle is the best one out there, trust me. My friend (a sniper guru) bought one and has loved it ever since. it has also performed better than any of his other guns.
