As i know that there is no other way to uninstall the oracle without format the PC.
Is there any other safe way to uninstall the Oracle from PC without format the pc or without harming to Hard Disk

Depending on your operating system. Go to Start then Control Panel and choose ADD/REMOVE. Oracle should be in that list. Click on the program name and choose REMOVE.
I would only recommend a 'right-click delete' only if there is not a listing in the ADD/REMOVE feature, or if you click START / ALL PROGRAMS \ ORACLE \ and don't see an UNINSTALL. Just right-click on 'My Computer' and left-click explore, and navigate to c:\program files\ and see if Oracle is there. This is where you would right-click/delete. If you use this method you will want to run a registry cleaner like ccleaner to remove all the rubbish left behind from the Oracle installer.

You can use the installer in the installation folder to remove the Oracle software. If you have the installation on a CD it is better to run from there. You have to use the version of the installer that goes with the version you are removing.
You can also try a complete rip out, where you go into the registry - but you have to recognize what ora- things to remove and what to leave.

go to start click on control panel. then click on an icon that saves add or remove programs then click on the program you want to remove and it will be wiped off your computers hardrive.
