Examples of misconducted committed that violate ones constitutional right:
1) Illegal search and seizure.
2) Protection against self incrimination.
3) Excessive bail.
There are more but you asked for three!
Best wishes!

1) Taking a bribe, that’s misconduct in public office and you go to jail.
2) Assaulting a prisoner after taking that person into custody, that’s a felony and you go to jail.
3) Stealing from others, that’s theft and you go jail
At any point, any officer that does any of these, you lose the trust of the community you swore to protect.
Those are only three of many that any good prosecutor will peruse.

Wiretapping private citizens without their consent or knowledge; jailing a citizen with no charges, no lawyer access, indefinitely; searching a private home without warrant and without probable cause to search..
Oh wait, the Bush administration has legalized all of this.
