Give it a rinse under the cold tap and then smell. You'll be able to tell if it smells off. If it smells okay, then I'd eat it.

Seeing how it's just the 21st, yes, definitely still safe. A couple days past the expiration date is usually fine, especially for something that you're cooking.

I should go by how it looks and smells. Give it a rinse and pat dry and if it smells okay then eat it. These dates are erring on the cautious side to cover the fishmongers back side. But I really think things can be eaten a bit later.
If you have kept it well cooled, wrapped etc. It should be okay.

its fine,
the use by date is simply a guide line for people to judge things by if youve had it in thrrfridge or freezer then dont worry,
its when it gets to a week or too past then you may start to get problems
enjoy your meal!!

if it smells ok and looks ok then it'll be fine. the supermarkets have to put a use by date on all products, and they tend to take off a couple of days to cover their backs. use your judgement!
