Im 17 and had my vaginal exam about a month ago, and before that I researched what would happen during the exam. I found out that most people find the part where the doctor inserts 2 fingers into the vagina the most uncomfortable. But, when my doctor did this I did not feel a thing!). I am extremely tight (the speculum had me in tears). It was more the fact that my vaginal walls appear totally numb. I'm wondering, how normal is this? Will this affect the pleasure I would recieve from sex (if I can't even feel it)? I also seem to have alot of vaginal wetness for no apparent reason, its not like discharge its very clear and watery, but it seems constant and it usually soaks through so i have to wear a pad every day, and it's so annoying. Im definitly sure that is it not urine and its coming from my vagina. The doctor said there was nothing wrong with me though. I am really scared at what this means, and would appreciate a sincere answer, thanks.
(Im a virgin,so i know its not an STD)

I know that women tend to not have alot of nerve endings inside their vaginas.
But i know that most have at least SOME feeling inside, but i have absolutely none.
The thing that had me in tears was the instrument going inside me, like that outside opening being stretched was so so painful because it was so small and inside was so tight.
Im really confused and want to know, has anyone had or know anyone who has this or experienced it?

vaginal wetness is not really uncommon.. this usually happens(1) before your menstrual cycle begins - an indication
(2) if there's something seriously wrong with you.. and you are too young and a virgin so this is ruled out.

And you not having any feeling during the test may be because you were tensed and i bet you cant have any feelings when you are tensed right. so deary, stop worrying and don't wear a pad every day because it might cause some superficial infections in your bikini area
