Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You are way too young to worry about such things. Concentrate on your school work, get good grades, and make something of yourself. And while you are at it, enjoy your youth! It only comes around once :-)
Addition: Wonderful about your school work and trumpet playing. Great job. Don't forget about volunteering (community service) and being kind to others.
And since you really seem to want feedback on your looks, here you go: You may want to try some bangs to camouflage your really high forehead. And once the baby fat comes off those chubby cheeks, you are going to be a knock-out!
