I see you are eating light, which is okay, but some of your choices may be detrimental to your goal. Since I don't know your personal goals and you didn't mention if you were engaged in an exercise plan, my advice may not be the best for you. Also, make sure you don't eat the same thing every day. Mix it up.
BREAKFAST: I can tell you that your breakfast is very high in simple carbohydrates (sugars). Aside from the milk in your cereal (which I hope is nonfat/skim), you are not getting any protein. I recommend losing the grapes, limit the cereal to a small bowl (perhaps one cup of cereal before milk), and adding something for protein (hard boiled or poached eggs for example). If you go with the eggs, only eat the whites so you limit your saturated fat and cholesterol intake.
LUNCH: Where's the protein? Throw some tuna (canned in water, not oil) on your salad and go with a non-fat dressing and your choice will be perfect!
DINNER: Very good!
DESSERT: non-fat or sugar-free yogurt will be a better choice, if you do dessert at all.
If you are exercising regularly, I'd also add mini-meals between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. These can be protein shakes (i.e. EAS AdvantEDGE shake), a hard-boiled egg white, or low-fat/low-sugar bars. Doing this will keep your metabolism elevated and give you energy and protein to sustain your exercise regimen.

If you eat the cereal be sure to put some milk on it. Eggs or another protein might be better, even a piece of toast with peanut butter. Protein will get you thru to lunch. At lunch again add a boiled egg or some cheese to your salad. Be sure the yogurt is lowcal - under 100 cal. or make your own from plain non-fat yogurt.
Just hang in there and it will work. Be sure to exercise at least 30 minutes too. It's been proven that dieting without exercise will burn lots of muscle instead of just fat. Watch your portions, I actually measure with a measuring cup set.

it sounds pretty OK. i am not aware of how much you are used to eating though, is this a big change for you? if so you will probably find yourself hungry. even if its not a huge change, are you going to add exercise? if you are exercising, i think you will need to add more calories. and regardless, you should add some snacks between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner... some ideas could be: a banana, handful of almonds, lowfat cheese and whole wheat crackers, carrots and low fat dip. just make sure you are eating enough, otherwise you will probably burn out and quit. let your stomach growl but then feed it, and stop when you are full. if you are just starting this diet, it will take some getting used to, but eventually you will get the hang of it. but yes, the items you have on your menu right now, are both healthy and lowfat, dont forget variety. and good luck!!

Are you eating the same thing every day then? That is one healthy day of eating, but you need to mix it up. Come up with a variety of healthy dishes like the ones you have here so you are getting a wider variety of vitamins and minerals.
