Found small pink pills w/red confetti-type dots on them in sons' bag.'J' on both sides.Slight clearcoat. No smell, sour acidic taste, hard to break.

Everyone on this site is going to jump to the conclusion that it's ecstacy...............don't worry it's not..........I've only seen double pressed ecstacy pills once before and I've seen thousands of them. Try this site:

Jeez people-why does everyone automatically yell EXTASY when someone finds a pill in thier kids stuff!
It sounds like it could be a generic form of Buspar which is an anti-depressant. Still not good if he is not prescribed it, but do not automatically assume it is a street drug.
Take it to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist if he can id it for you to be 100% sure.

You can research it on the web site but from your description sounds like cinnaburst breath mints to be honest with you. Is there any writing on them? You can go to pills.com an you can look it up that way.
