do allstate ins. employees take home their company cars?

As they don't have company cars, the answer is no. They are reimbursed for mileage only....they did away with the company car thing many years ago.

Allstate does not provide company vehicles to employees, only upper or senior management get those. The mileage allowance they pay is quite generous though so no employee is suffering a hardship from having to use their own vehicle for business.
