now there is a little rough spot and still iches(just like poison ivy. do you know what it might be and what to do about it? thanks

If it was poison ivy, it'd be all over your body by now, as the itching only spreads it. It may be an insect bite. You may have aggravated the itchy spot by itching it so much. Try dabbing some rubbing alcohol or Bactine on the spot & see if it helps the itching. Maybe once you stop itching it, the spot will disappear.

Eczema. Sounds like. It is an allergy to something you ate or used on your skin. Use a vaseline like lotion or cream. If it is bad go to a dr so you can make sure. skin infections or possible with it.

Put neem oil on it. if it is fungus, eczema or psoriasis, it will be one in about 3 days of treatment with neem oil.
