How can you tell if your boyfriend is the one for you... of course i love him just would like some concrete things and advice by people that are married. Thanks alot!

How do you feel around him? How does he talk to you? Does he make you feel loved or does he make you feel like you should change? When you see him, can you picture him holding a baby, changing a diaper, taking a temp. when the child is sick.? When he's angry with you, does he attack you or discuss things with you? Does he allow you to be you or does he try to hold you back? Does he believe the same things you do-- the same God, the same values, the same goals--as far as family goes? If you can answer these (and I'm sure there are a hundred more) to your own satisfaction, then he's probably the one for you....Oh! I've been with the same, wonderful woman for 15 years (dated 2 married 13), and I have 3 daughters. This is the advice I will one day give my girls. Good luck!

You should know if your boyfriend is the one for you! There should be no question in your mind. Your gut feelings are usually right on what is right or wrong. Listen to them! You said you love him so why are you questioning this. Do you feel he truly loves you? I'm not quite convinced that you know what true love feels like, give yourself lots of time to live this out. can you imagine your life without him in it? i think you will know over time. its very hard to answer questions that have such little detail in them. how long have you been together and how do you feel when you are both with and without him. does he make you happy and can you imagine growing old with him. i think if you can answer all of these questions positively then there's your answer. but on the other hand, it worries me that you are asking such a question, as when you have found "the one" you DO instinctively know. i hope this helps a bit, but you need to look at your feelings before committing to anything like marriage, kids etc..

well tee here are a few things that may help first of all you said that you love him. then lets start here if you are sick does he ask you how you are feeling and what he can do to help ,call you through the day just to here your voice,holds your hand in public,an is not afraid to take you out any where,if you are feeling sad he try his best to make you happy,respects you then you're on your way!

Does he treat you as his equal or othere half. Does he treat you with respect. Does he show you he loves you? Like say nice things to you....compliments you in small ways....How do you feel when you are with him? Do you miss him when you are not with each other......Only YOU can decide if he is the right person for you....Good luck!

you just know, he is the person you always think about and always love to do things that he likes and will like, you are always willing to sacrifice things so that it will make him happy. and at the same time he will do the same things and very appreciative of the things that you do and give and it show.

if you have to ask then maybe he isn't, love is not something that can be predicted it just happens. There is no real way to tell if hes the one, your heart will tell you if it feels right

if he was the one you'd already know. he may seem perfect for you now but in the back of your mind you know something isn't right or it won't last... you have the fear of being alone so you want to make him the one.

I agree with Diamond, if you are asking the question then it is not the one, you have doubts. When someone is the one, you just know it, there are no uncertainties.

If you know that he is the one then you shouldn't have to ask if he is or not. Once you meet " The One", you just know it for real.
