Whatever it is that's bothering you it can't hurt to convey those feelings in an appropriate manner to the source of your discomfort. Anger and sadness are very similar in their effects on a person. If you can't convey those feelings to the source of the issue then find a good friend who will listen to you and assist you in dealing with these very natural feelings. Always try and resolve these issues in a rational appropriate manner. It makes solving the problem easier for all involved. The hate is something that goes a little deeper than anger and sadness but correlates with both in many ways. Hate is a very strong emotion that is usually associated with desperation or ignorance. (Not understanding)
My suggestion is to make an attempt to resolve any issue(s) so you aren't filled with these uncomfortable feelings too much longer. Try not to dwell on the hate emotion because it can turn you into an irrational danger to yourself and as a result it can escalate into danger for others around you. Take care of yourself because you are all that you really have in this world. You can't control anyone or anything else. You can control your emotions if you really want to! Be careful!! Emotions can cause more issues than what originally took place. Good luck!!

It's ok to feel anger, hate and sadness. You just need to find a way to channel those feelings. Have you a friend you can talk to? Or maybe call a hotline number. If it's possible, therapy or counselling would be really helpful. I'm sorry if you feel your family is falling apart but you should know it's not your responsibility. (don't know if you're a parent or child)
I find writing a really good release.. just write without any concern of what your writing about, you'll be amazed at how easy it is.. and what a load off it is to do.. you can rip it up if you feel like after.
Hope things improve for you. Good luck.

Oh dear Patrick you sound in quite a state. What or who could have caused such a feeling of helplessness. Is there anyone you trust that you can talk to about the way you feel? Without knowing why you are feeling like this it is so difficult to offer advise. If you can do try to get some help you sound as if you do need it desperately. Please try to keep in mind that everything passes including the horrible way you are feeling just now. I do hope you get the answers you need and feel better soon. Take care

Well , you didn't say why. So how can anyone ,give any advice, if they have no idea why you feel the way you do? Everyone a some point in time, may feel the same.
But at least when they ask for advice, they usaully, tell what might be the problem.

Meditate. Meditation will most definitly make you feel grounded. It has done wonderds for me. Find the right type of meditation music according to your style and also follow some guided meditation to help teach you ways to do so.

You may or may not have a right to be angry/sad...only you know. As far as hatred....well, how will you kick this to the curb? Get some fresh air and think about what will get rid of that hatred ...such as things you enjoy doing.

First of all, there's no such word as "fealed". You probably meant "filled". That's what the spell checker is for.
Second, we need to know WHAT it is that's filling you with anger, hate, and sadness to help you with your problem. Be more specific.

you need to do something that you like a lot, you probably need fresh air as well. It's something that you need and don't have, or dont' do. Figure out what, enjoy yourself, also hard work gives a lot of satisfaction, a good balance of things might be very useful.
