my advice is never meet people over the net, because they are not who they allways claim to be, only if you trsut the security of the sight, thought at times i meet new people from the net. Meeting people through friends is ood at times, though it often starts arguments and things, but i fink you can make the effort of getting to know people in your school, your local are and in your place of work...just on't make yourslf seem desperate about it...don't chose or meet people through judgements cuz most of the times your judgements can be wrong. also make time for yourself so you can go out with friends, from their you can meet new people.

I am basically in the same situation. I work two jobs and don't have a lot of free time, however, I met my current boyfriend traveling home on the Rail Road one night after work. We've been dating for six months now.

Take a look around you when you are commuting to & from work and at school. If you frequent the same places during breaks and at lunch scope out the place and if you see someone attractive, take the initiative. Smile and say hello. You'd be surprised at how many opportunities there are to meet people out there. Sometimes being busier increases your chances of getting a date. Good luck!

You can meet people at school. Myspace is popular. You can do a search of people in your area, and if you dont like them, its not like they are in your face. You can take time to get to know someone and decide if you want to meet. Or set a date once a month to go out and have a few drinks or dancing with friends. You could potentally meet some one at the supermarket also!

The best way to meet people would be to go out. Make time for it. If not you could try online.

I agree with that. Me and my boyfriend are both students and both work full time jobs. Plus I work a second part time job doing errands for my grandmother one day a week and Me and my boyfriend make the time to go out.

try opening up more in class...there is a hole class room of people right around you, and many of them spend time together outside of that room (even if it is just to study) another good option, very similar, open up at work, I'm sure you have other workers at your job....I myself have 2 jobs and am going to school, I found many friends I enjoy talking to at both work and school
