me and my buddy went driving my car and i let him drive it well he gets a speeding ticket in my car the officer barley looked at my insurance im pretty sure just checked the experation date on it whos insurance goes up mine or my freind?

His insurance could be affected, not yours.
The ticket will have all of his license information on it.
The only way it could show up on your insurance is if the car was in an accident.

When your insurance renewal comes up, and the insurance company runs your driving record, nothing will come up because you did not get the ticket and your car was not involved in an accident.

It doesn't matter your insurance is on your car and you are the one that is responible if a accident had occured and that will make you pay a high amount just for whoever drove your vechile that's when your ****** up your ***
