Im guessing she is the one alot, too. but the only way is if one of you come out of your shells and have the balls or guts LOL to ask the other one out. Your the guy and it usually is easier for you than the girl. If both of you are shy, trust me the girl is more afraid to make a move than you are. So do it first?

She's the one for you - no one get under your skin like the one you love. Ask her out, just as a casual thing or maybe to a group outing and stay close (but not stalker close) all night - so she knows your there with her.
