Ok does anyone know what excerise make your butt look bigger. Because I decided that I wanted to lose a lil weight off my stomach just to tone it up and the results where great but my big beatiful brazil lookin booty left me almost it's getting smaller and I do not know what to do I'm in serious need of help right now people!!!!

In my opinion, there is nothing better you can do for your butt than lunges. They target your glutes, hamstrings and quads, and can easily be modified for beginners to advanced exercisers.

If lunges are new for you, begin with a reverse lunge. Start with your feet together. Step back with your left leg. Bend both knees. The right shin should remain a straight line with the right ankle. The left knee should go straight down and almost touch the floor. Press through the right heel as you come up and bring feet back together. Now repeat with the other leg. Perform 12 repetitions per leg, and work up to 3 sets per workout. Feel free to hold on to something sturdy for support if you need to at first. Then, as you get stronger and more stable, you can do these lunges without the extra support. Try adding dumbbells at your side or a barbell across your shoulders for an increased challenge.

As you get stronger and want more of a challenge, you can progress to a walking lunge. These require more stability, strength and balance than reverse lunges. Start with your feet together. Place your hands on your hips or by your sides if you are holding dumbbells. Step forward with a large step and bend both knees. Your front shin should remain a straight line with your ankle. Your back knee should almost touch the floor. As you are pushing up and at the top of your lunge, lunge forward with the other leg, repeating the same movement. Continue with this sequence, alternating from one leg to the other until you have finished 12 reps per leg.

2. Keep a straight back, do not arch!

3. Keep your head and chest up.

4. Never let the knee of your front leg go past your toes.

5. Your back heel should raise off the floor as you descend, but your toe should stay on the floor.

take it from me i just had a baby and I'm not in the best of shape. but i can tell that if you keep doing what you are doing you want have a blazin booty. i also have a fat blazin booty and i keep it because i do the right exercises. doing squats and running backwards really keeps my booty up so try it.
that is one of my favorite parts of my body. if it comes down to it then wear tighter pants i also know people that also do that. i hope this helps you with your crises.

The same happened to me. I started walking the treadmill in an incline position, squads and a lot of lunges; helped me to tone and lift my butt. I dont think your butt left you, its just that you slim down and everything shrink, now you have to deal with proportions. Just try to add weights to your routine and do step aerobics, kickboxing, or asI said incline treadmill.

be healthy and accept your rump just as it is. im a guy and have always had a small one and it always bothered me. I always made sure i had a big billfold and a hankerchief in my back pockets. Now that im 69 years old how do you think i feel? sad to say the same; i still make sure i have the pocket lumps. I wish i could have accepted my little flat thing years ago. In heaven i wanna be a man like jlo. waa waa

Do you want it to look bigger or actually be bigger. I think stripes would make it appear larger but to actually make it bigger I would suggest a diet of fatty foods including lots of bacon.

squats, is always the best to rebuild your prizewinning behind lol....and keep doing exercises to make your waist smaller, and the contrast will show in the faces of the men who admire you lol
