Tony Stewart or Jeff Gordon

Most likely a past-winner. I don't see anyone new hitting victory lane for the first time @ Bristol this weekend. Smoke's chances are good. He is definately due after so many good runs! Even in 500, no doubt he had a top-3 car. If I had to pick someone though, I'd have to pick, In my opinion the hottest-driver in NEXTEL CUP right now.. Jeff Gordon, after a 10th, 2 second place runs, and then a 12th @ Atlanta, where he had a winning car.. I think he will be strong @ Bristol.. Remember the days he owned that place? I do.. I say we see 24 back in Victory Lane @ Bristol! Smoke would be my 2nd/3rd choice.

Usually I would say Kurt Busch or Matt Kenseth at Bristol..but with the COT there are a lot of unknowns going in. So this week I'm going with someone who can flat out drive a car. And when it comes right down to it...two guys stand out...Tony Stewart and Jimmie Johnson. No matter what kind of car it is, these two guys will/would be able to drive the wheels off of it. I have to add.... GOOOOO JR!!!!

Jeff Gordon. That team has been running good and he is very capable of winning on the short tracks. I'm not a fan of his but they are on a roll with some momentum going into the bullring. Also watch for Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth, Jr or maybe Hamlin.

either the 29 car or the 2 car

both the 24 and the 2 actually lead all active drivers with 5 apiece at bristol

but it is a small track with lots of action and dont take much for the favs to be put out at a race track like that

Who knows its bristol baby! If I was a betting man I wouldn't bet on Johnson his luck is about to go bad for 1 race. Jr. sorry but no. I'd go with Jeff Gordon. Also if I was a betting man I'd be broke. Kenseth and the Busch brothers wouldn't be bad either.

as you can tell from the trend already that it is going to be Johnson it seems that Nascar wants a repeat of last year on the past weekend the only way that he could have caught up to the 20 was a caution and then of course just like always with a around 30-50 laps to run the 48 comes in then when it goes out it is the fastest car on the track, does not take a genius to figure out that they are probably doing what they caught toyota doing with waltrip's car.
